Pinot Noir & Black Truffle Dinner

Winter.  Nothing warms the soul like a glass of wine and the comforts of the season.   Cold nights were made for pinot noir and truffles, Perigord black truffles to be precise.  

Must Winebar hosted their annual Pinot Noir & Black Truffle Dinner on a cold Thursday night.  Five courses showcasing seasonal produce rich with Al Blakers' Manjimup truffles.  Each dish creatively designed by Russell Blaikie and matched with local and imported gems carefully selected by Must's wine consultant, Paul McArdle.

A trip to Must is now not complete without finishing the evening on the unique flavours of a Hattori Hanzo.  Served martini style and packed with a punch HH is a blend of Mutemuka shuzo sake, chili infused absolut vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur finished off with crème de violette. 

Beaufort Street Festival Roving Dinner

Monday, 16 October 2011 In the lead up to the Beaufort Street Festival I wanted to show a little love to four of my favourite places.

What better way to get to know Beaufort Street than a progressive dinner between four of Mt Lawley's most treasured venues.  Must Winebar, The Beaufort Street Merchant, Cantina 663 and new kid on the block Raah joined forces to create a sensational night of food and wine.
